DAY TREATMENT (PHP)
9:30 am - 3:30 pm : M-F

Our Day Treatment Program (PHP) is comprehensive and holistic. It includes a structured combination of individual, nutrition, and group therapy. It also incorporates meal support and medication management. Treatment is tailored to meet your specific needs, and you get the focused attention of our dedicated team. The Day Program utilizes your insurance benefits and is a great fit for someone (18yrs+) needing consistent daytime support Monday-Friday.
Day Program Features
Unique approach provides daily support, while still allowing you to engage in meaningful aspects of your life.
Program runs from 9:30am – 3:30pm (Monday- Friday).
Includes individual therapy, nutrition therapy, group sessions and psychiatry.
High-quality foods catered daily from innovative local eateries. (In-Person)
Regular meetings with your RD to help plate and portion meals/snacks in your own home. (Virtual)
Incorporates psychiatric evaluation and medication management if indicated.
Used as a step up in treatment from general outpatient therapy, or as a step down from higher levels of care.

EVENING & AFTERNOON PROGRAMS (IOP)
3 hours/day: 3 days/week
(Virtual Options)
Our afternoon and evening Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are comprehensive and holistic. This program includes a structured combination of group, individual and nutrition therapy. Treatment is tailored to meet your specific needs, and you get the focused attention of our dedicated outpatient treatment team. IOP utilizes your insurance benefits and is a great fit for someone (18yrs+) needing afternoon or evening based treatment.
Evening IOP or Afternoon IOP- 15 weeks
Our unique approach eases you back into your life.
Extended support over maximum time to solidify recovery skills.
Includes individual therapy, nutrition therapy, and group sessions.
Great as a step up in treatment from general outpatient therapy, or as a step down from higher levels of care.
Evening Program 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm (Mon, Wed, Thurs)
Afternoon Program 11:00 am to 2:00 pm (Mon, Wed, Thurs)

La Luna Center therapists have extensive experience in the treatment of disordered eating and related conditions. We have diverse skills and training to help you get to the root of your struggle and find your way out. We offer compassion, guidance, and support as well and humor and genuine connection. We love the work we do.
At La Luna Center we know that having a good fit with your individual therapist is an important part of your recovery process. It is important to feel comfortable with your individual therapist in order to have a good working relationship. For this reason, La Luna Center provides a FREE initial consultation to help determine the appropriate treatment program and individual therapist.
NUTRITION THERAPY
Find balance and peace with food
(Part of Intensive Outpatient and Day Program Treatment)
With so much conflicting information about nutrition it can be confusing to figure out how to best feed your body. It is easy to feel overloaded with nutrition information, but still find it challenging to nourish your body in a balanced way.
At La Luna Center we focus on helping you find what your body needs to thrive. We support you to get in touch with your body’s natural cues and find a peaceful relationship with food and eating.
Our nutrition therapists are licensed professionals with extensive experience working with disordered eating. They meet you right where you are in your relationship with food, and have diverse tools to support you to break free from disordered eating patterns. They help you move away from obsessive thoughts and behaviors with the ultimate goal of finding balance, peace and freedom. There is so much more to life than worrying about food!
FAMILY & FRIENDS INFO NIGHT
Support for those in a relationship with someone struggling with Disordered Eating.
Family members and friends of an individual struggling with an eating disorder have questions and concerns about how to best support their loved one in the recovery process. La Luna Center provides a FREE monthly information session for family and friends.
At our Family and Friends Night you will learn:
How eating disorders develop
How to best support your loved one in her recovery process
What to expect during treatment
Ways to communicate around challenging issues
