LAURA CORDOVA, LPC, CEDS
Clinical Director - PHP
Laura Cordova received her Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree at The University of Montevallo. She has extensive experience in the treatment of eating disorders in both higher levels of care and outpatient settings. Laura has also achieved her designation as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. Laura’s approach is integrative, with an emphasis on providing holistic, trauma-informed care. She is passionate about leading with a compassionate approach that meets individuals where they are while also promoting motivation for change and healing. Laura utilizes a number of therapeutic approaches, including: Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, and experiential therapies. Laura’s clients appreciate her warmth, empathy, authenticity, and humor.
JESSICA TSOURMAS, MD
Psychiatrist - PHP
Dr. Jessica Tsourmas is board certified in both adult and child and adolescent psychiatry. She received her medical degree in 2006 from George Washington University. She then completed the rest of her training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN in 2011. Dr. Tsourmas worked as an assistant professor at Dell Medical School in Austin, Texas for 8 years. She was the medical director of the inpatient child psychiatry unit and was an attending physician on the consult service for the pediatric hospital. Teaching and supervising residents and fellows was a daily part of her job. Dr. Tsourmas' clients appreciate her authenticity, humor and compassion.
BEKKI DIENER. MSW, LSW

Bekki received a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Hawai’i with a concentration in Mental Health. Bekki spent more than 12 years working with youth from diverse backgrounds in school and treatment center settings. She has experience providing social-emotional and academic counseling to students and their families. Her therapeutic approach is one that leads with compassion and understanding, drawing on clients’ strengths and exploring barriers to creating change. Bekki utilizes many therapeutic modalities, including trauma-informed practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Action Commitment Therapy, and an overall person-centered approach. She offers a calming, gentle, and unconditionally supportive environment for her clients, creating a safe space to engage in treatment.
ISABELLA MEISEL, MSW

Isabella holds a Master's of Social Work from the University of Kansas with an emphasis on integrated health. She has diverse experience in the mental health field, working in community mental health, schools, and hospital settings. Isabella has supported many individuals and families through mental health concerns with varying acuity and symptomology, approaching all situations with compassion and unconditional positive regard. She employs a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. Isabella values meeting clients where they are and strives to create strong, collaboration-based therapeutic alliances. Clients appreciate Isabella's authenticity, compassion, and endless supply of anecdotes about her dog, Oliver.

Lacey has a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder and in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado. She has experience working in the field of eating disorders in PHP and IOP levels of care and feels passionately about helping clients heal their relationship with food and body. Lacey is dedicated to empowering clients to create sustainable change toward recovery through an all-foods-fit, anti-diet, and weight-inclusive approach. Lacey’s clients appreciate her non-judgmental and warm personality, as well as her knowledge of nutrition and physiology.​​

ANSLEY HITSON, MS, LPCC

Ansley holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. She has been in the mental health field for over eight years and has extensive experience helping individuals with eating disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, IDD, and neurodiversity concerns within outpatient, IOP, and PHP levels of care. Ansley has supported many individuals toward personal growth through a compassionate lens that creates an inclusive, affirming space for healing. She draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, experiential therapies, and an overall person-centered approach. She is known for her warm, humorous presence and her ability to meet clients where they are, helping them explore their strengths and values while fostering sustainable change.

Kim was born and raised in Northern Colorado and received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She began her career in the field of eating disorders at Children’s Hospital Colorado, where she fulfilled her love of helping others for twenty years. Throughout her professional career, Kim also gained experience in management, care management, healthcare, and admissions. She sees the best in every person she meets and enjoys connecting with others as they journey through recovery. Her goal is to help clients form a healthy relationship with food and live their lives in the safest and healthiest way possible.​​​​
REGHAN HOYT, BS
Director of PHP Admissions
Reghan has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Colorado State University. She strives to provide clear, compassionate communication and enjoys working with clients in-person and over the phone to assist them in admission, scheduling, and billing issues. Clients appreciate her organizational skills and personable nature.
