MICHELLE FIELDS, MA, LPC

Clinical Director-IOP

Michelle Fields has a Master of Arts degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University in Boulder. She joined La Luna Center’s team as an intern and has been with us since. Michelle is experienced in working with disordered eating and body image issues in both group and individual therapy.  Michelle has background in mindfulness practices, meditation and yoga. Her approach to therapy is integrative and draws from contemplative, psychodynamic, and humanistic psychologies. Michelle’s clients appreciate her compassionate, grounded and open presence.

CAIT OLDE, MA

Primary Therapist - IOP

Cait received a Master of Arts in Mindfulness Based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University and is actively pursuing credentialing as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Cait’s approach to recovery is advocacy based for each individual client within their system. Cait’s main goal is to approach each client’s journey with curiosity and compassion in order to walk alongside each client to help them achieve their own goals of recovery. Cait is passionate about helping clients build self-confidence to navigate the challenges of disordered eating, and the joys of recovery. To support this, Cait uses evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Cait brings a mindfulness component to all aspects of psychotherapy and has experience working with adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health issues.

AMBER KOCH, RDN

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist - IOP

Amber is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in the state of Colorado. She completed a CDR-accredited dietetic internship at Be Well Solutions in Cleveland, during which she confirmed her ability to engage and empower clients of diverse backgrounds. Amber is passionate about helping all clients build positive relationships with food/body through evidence based nutrition education and counseling using a non-diet and Health at Every Size® approach. She is a current member of the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition practice group through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. Above all, Amber strives to hear, understand and collaborate with her clients. 
Outside of work, Amber enjoys all things outdoors.

LINDSEY POST M.S, M.A,

Group Therapist - IOP

Lindsey has a  Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from Western Illinois University.  Lindsey is actively pursuing credentialing as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Lindsey has experience helping adult and child populations with a range of mental health concerns. Lindsey brings a curious approach to group therapy, helping clients explore their current and past experiences through the mind and body. To explore life with her clients, Lindsey uses interventions from  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solutions-Focused Treatment, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Clients appreciate her warmth, lightheartedness, empathy and curiosity.

CORTNNEY FAULKNER, MSW, LSW

Group Therapist - PHP

Cortnney Faulkner has a Master of Social Work with specialization in addictions counseling from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania. She has experience working with a diverse population, including inner city youth, formerly incarcerated individuals, individuals on hospice care, and those seeking drug and alcohol treatment both residential and outpatient levels of care. Cortnney strives to empower and elevate the voices of those she works with in recognizing their strengths, resilience and ability to overcome environmental barriers. Cortnney’s therapeutic style encompasses and is guided by trauma-informed, mindfulness, and compassionate person-centered connections. Cortnney is often recognized for her calm, grounding, and authentic presence.

ALLIE COLDIRON, BA

Director of IOP Admissions

Allie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from La Sierra University. She is passionate about organization, efficiency and creating a beautiful space. Allie handles admissions, scheduling, billing, and insurance issues and regularly interacts in-person and on the phone with all of our clients. She is the backbone of our center and our clients appreciate her warmth, approachability, and attention to detail.

JESSICA TSOURMAS, MD

Psychiatrist - PHP

Dr. Jessica Tsourmas is board certified in both adult and child and adolescent psychiatry. She received her medical degree in 2006 from George Washington University. She then completed the rest of her training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN in 2011. Dr. Tsourmas worked as an assistant professor at Dell Medical School in Austin, Texas for 8 years. She was the medical director of the inpatient child psychiatry unit and was an attending physician on the consult service for the pediatric hospital. Teaching and supervising residents and fellows was a daily part of her job. Dr. Tsourmas' clients appreciate her authenticity, humor and compassion.

HOLLY SCANES, PHD

Dr. Holly Scanes received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Colorado State University. She has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults with disordered eating and body image issues in both inpatient and outpatient settings.  Holly’s approach is integrative, with an emphasis on strengths-based techniques.  She places great value on the importance of healthy and nurturing relationships and strongly believes in the healing power of both interpersonal and family-based interventions. Dr. Scanes utilizes a number of therapeutic approaches, including: Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. MEGAN COONEY, M.S., RDN

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist - PHP

Megan completed her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Public Health & Community Health Education at Stony Brook University. She then went on to complete her Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition and her dietetic internship at Colorado State University. During her studies, Megan developed a strong interest in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. She is passionate about helping clients build positive relationships with both food and body through a weight-inclusive, anti-diet approach. Megan enjoys connecting with and collaborating alongside clients, supporting them as they navigate recovery. Clients appreciate her compassionate, thoughtful approach to nutrition care.

Hannah Brass, RDN
Hannah Brass received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University. She then went on to complete her post graduate work through Priority Nutrition Care Dietetic Internship in Boston, MA to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Hannah provides nutritional support to individuals in the recovery process and promotes an intuitive approach to eating and overall wellness. Hannah creates a collaborative and supportive environment, helping individuals find a balanced relationship with food and a lifestyle that works well for them. She views food as nourishment and fuel for the body. Hannah also enjoys cooking and tasting new foods
