La Luna Center's Intensive Outpatient program offers unique treatment from a highly trained and experienced staff of female therapists, psychologists, and nutritionists.
Treatment Focus (Personalized)
- building vital recovery skills
- understanding your eating disorder and coexisting conditions
- empowering change
- improving relationships with yourself and others
Treatment Setting (Outpatient)
- Work towards recovery while maintaining daily activities.
- Practice recovery skills in your regular environment.
Treatment Process (Extended)
- A small group based program provides peer and therapist support
- Treatment is spread over time with decreasing intensity.
- Extended treatment helps maximize success and minimize relapse.
Treatment Schedule (Intensive)
- Sessions are Monday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings (5:30 - 8:30 pm)
- Evening schedule minimizes disruption to work, academic, and family activities.
- Begin by attending three evening session a week in Phase One of treatment, decrease to two evening sessions a week in Phase Two of treatment, and then finally attend one evening session a week for Phase Three of treatment.
- Attend a free Aftercare Support Group after completing the treatment program.

Network of Support
- Maintain existing connections with individual therapists, medical doctors, or other helping professionals.
- If additional supports are needed, La Luna Center will help establish connections.

- La Luna Center works with most major insurance companies.
- Multiple methods of payment are also available.
